The tunnel is 6km long and divided into five working faces. The project requires to monitor the situation of the five working surfaces through wireless transmission of 5km wifi remote module, and transmit the monitoring video to the project department outside the tunnel. Since there are two project departments in charge of the project, the surveillance video of the 1# inclined well will be transmitted to one branch, and the surveillance video of the 2# inclined well will be transmitted to the second branch. Design aspiration and rationale
According to the project requirements, the manufacturer of 5km wifi remote module decided to use CWS2203(built-in 18DB dual-polarization directional antenna) in the wireless monitoring system to ensure the transmission of stable, high-quality surveillance video images, and external dual-polarization omnidirectional antenna. Since there is an obstacle between Hole No. 2 and the monitoring center, we conducted two relays on the top of the mountain to the monitoring center.
The tunnel construction site is located in a remote area and it is difficult to obtain electricity. The solar landscape complementary power supply system is adopted to provide stable and sufficient power for the wireless monitoring system.
On-site installation of equipment
Before leaving the factory, all parameters of 5km wifi remote module will be adjusted according to customer requirements, and equipped with installation and debugging instructions. Generally only need to install the equipment power supply can be used. If the customer wants to modify the parameters, you can contact our technical staff and modify the parameters with the help of our technical staff.

Design aspiration and rationale
According to customer requirements, the bitstream of each surveillance video should be at least 4MBPS to ensure the transmission of stable and high-quality surveillance video images. Therefore, it is decided to use CSW2203 series wireless as the system transmission: The switch is integrated with a front-end camera, which is then transmitted to the monitoring room through a 5km wifi remote module. The surveillance video will be stored in the hard disk video recorder and also displayed on the monitoring screen.
